Install all electrical wiring and connections, mounting holes etc.
Install new Bath fan/heater/light combo unit and connect to new electrical
Exhaust and connect fan to an existing vent with an insulated aluminum flexible duct in the above open space
Fan/heater/light unit to be operated from existing wall switch, by converting it to double switch or for new switch operation plz add $125.00 to this line item

we might need to supply. If needed, these materials are charged as follows: store bought materials are charged
based on store receipt plus 20% mark up and, depending on distance, a delivery charge. Truck stock items are
charged a 20% mark up with no delivery charge.
