Replace existing pocket door that fits in existing opening and hardware
Install casing wood trim on both sides of door
Install all hardware
Caulk all gaps
Test to ensure proper operation
Job site cleanup and walk-through inspection
One-year labor warranty
Note: Does not include any carpentry modifications if new door are not an exact size to fit the existing opening, If modifications needed we will estimate the extra cost at time of job or via a phone consultation before job arrival.
Customer To Supply:
Pocket door frame and hardware kit, door and trimming materials
Remove existing door, jamb and all casings (Extra fee applies if new opening needs to be cut on a solid wall)
Cut drywall open and install new longer header at the top of door
Install new pocket door frame kit for pocket door, plumb and nail in place
Install new drywall, tape and plaster, prime and prep for paint
Install new pocket door and all casings trimming
Install all hardware
Caulk all gaps
Testing to ensure proper operation of the door
Clean up job site.
Note: No electrical, plumbing or other obstructions rerouting to allow for new pocket door conversion installation included, an onsite or a over the phone consultation may be contacted to assure of wall conditions before job arrival Note: This is a conversion from a swing door to a pocket door, No new wall opening included, for new opening call for cost of constructing new opening

we might need to supply. If needed, these materials are charged as follows: store bought materials are charged
based on store receipt plus 20% mark up and, depending on distance, a delivery charge. Truck stock items are
charged a 20% mark up with no delivery charge.
