Job Description Includes:
- Floors are covered with plastic or canvas drop cloths
- Light wash dust and dirt and lightly sand baseboard & base shoe surfaces (Does not include washing off grease from surfaces or sealing smoke, grease and water stains, if any of these extra services needed extra fee applies to be estimated at time of job)
- Caulk or wood putty gaps and nail holes
- Apply 2 coats paint or one coat stain and 2 coats of varnish with light sanding in between coats for smoother finish
- Touch-up paint is labeled and left with customer
- Clean up job site
- One-Year Warranty: We have One-year warranty against peeling and blistering paint
Note: Customer to remove all furniture and breakables away from working area into the middle of the room, furniture moving by us available upon request at an extra cost
