Job Description Includes:
- Caulk nail holes and gaps
- Apply two coats paint, or one coat stain and 2 coats of varnish with light sanding in between coats for a smoother finish (Note: Extra fee applies for double/triple doors or windows and window ledges)
- Clean up job site
- One-Year Warranty: We have One-year warranty against peeling and blistering paint
Note: Light wash dust and dirt and lightly sand the surfaces included, washing off grease from surfaces or sealing smoke, grease or water stains extra fee applies that can be estimated at the time of job
Note: Customer to remove all small furniture and breakables away and all heavy furniture away from working area into the middle of the room, furniture moving by us available upon request at an extra cost
