Job Description Includes:

• Basic kitchen remodeling up to 10 ft x 10 ft floor size and up to 11 cabinets (For larger size kitchen extra cost applies)
• Unpack and prep cabinets for installation
• Measure and mark installation location of cabinets per lay out plan
• Install cabinets per lay out plan (Taller than 30″ cabinets extra fee applies)
• Install faucet (Note: Extra fee applies for touchless or other special faucet)
• Install decorative filer pieces, plinths, cover panels, decoration strips, ventilation grids, finishing strips and all hardware extra fee applies
• Reinstall all appliances to the existing plumbing and electrical lines
• Caulk all gaps with matching silicone caulk
• Testing to ensure proper operation.
• Clean up job site, vacuum inside of all cabinets and clean up all surfaces

Does not Includes: Installation of granite counter, plumbing, electrical or custom carpentry modifications, if any modifications of these services needed extra cost will be estimated at time of job or from a phone consultation before job starting
