Removal of old vanity sink cabinet or pedestal sink
Installation of new pedestal sink in same location and hooking up to existing water and drain lines
Testing to ensure proper operation
Clean up the job site

Does Not Include: Plumbing modifications, floor tile work or blocking brace installation behind the wall, if needed, extra cost will be estimated at time of job
