- Remove window stops, guides and sashes
- Set new pocket window insert* in place that fits in the same existing opening of the old window frame (Note: For second story high installations extra 30% applies to each window price)
- Plumb and square off window and nail in place
- Caulk all gaps
- Test to ensure proper operation
- Job site cleanup and walk-through inspection
- One-year labor warranty
*Pocket window inserts are installed into an existing window frame. The exterior and interior trim of your house are not disturbed.
Note: Does not include any carpentry modifications if pocket window inserts are not an exact size to fit the existing opening of the old window frame, If modifications needed we will estimate the extra cost at time of job or via a phone consultation before job arrival
